The following planning applications have been submitted to Newark and Sherwood District Council:

Balderton: Two-storey extensions to front, side and rear of existing dwelling, and removal of timber garage with new masonry structure, and including all associated external works, at 56 Bullpit Road, by Mr Daniel Fletcher.

Balderton: Three dwellings with associated car parking, from existing access off Hawton Lane, at land rear of 196 London Road, by Mr Paul Bartle.
