Newark and Sherwood District Council's latest planning applications




Plans to convert two areas of agricultural land into an all-weather practice pitch has been submitted to Newark and Sherwood District Council by Hoveringham Cricket Club.

The application, for the club's ground off Main Street, also includes an extension to the existing pavilion.

Balderton: Three-bedroom dwelling (revised application of 17/00370/FUL) at gardens rear of 60 to 70 Main Street, by Mr Geoff Meakin.

Balderton: Single-storey garage in rear garden (retrospective) at 5 Sheridan Close, by Mr Daniel Heath.

Barnby-in-the-Willows: General purpose agricultural building, at Moor Farm, Newark Road, by Mr and Mrs Paul Harrison.

Bleasby: Replacement of existing house with new dwelling, at Horstead, Station Road, by Mr and Mrs Bellamy.

Bulcote: Domestic tennis court with surround fencing, at The Manor House, Old Main Road, by Professor Simon Fishel.

Farnsfield: Conversion of existing garage for use as a granny flat, at 15 Branston Avenue, by Mr John Raine.

Thurgarton: Variation of condition two, planning permission 16/00965/FUL, to amend the approved plans for plot three, at land to the rear of The Red Lion, Southwell Road, by Annie duquemin.

Upton: New dwelling and single detached garage for host dwelling through creation of new vehicular access from Main Street, at Upton House, 80 Main Street, by Latham Farms Ltd.
