Founder of Property Management Legal Services in Edwinstowe wins award from the Association of Residential Managing Agents
The founder of a law firm has won a prestigious Honorary Industry Award at a ceremony.
Cassandra Zanelli, founder of Property Management Legal Services in Edwinstowe received the award from the Association of Residential Managing Agents’ at the ACE awards ceremony.
The award recognises people who made a significant contribution or devoted their lives to the improvement of the leasehold property management industry.
Cassandra said: “It was a huge surprise to win this award - but an absolutely incredible one.
“The Honorary Industry Award is for people who have produced innovative ideas to improve the sector, which is one of the elements of my work I am most proud of.
“I promise to keep pushing to develop leasehold property management in the future as the industry continues to develop.”
She is also dedicated to sharing knowledge and education across the industry.
More than 570 professionals attended the ARMA ACE awards ceremony at the Old Billingsgate, London.
The awards are organised by The Property Institute, which merged together the Association of Residential Managing Agents and The Institute of Residential Property Management in 2021.
