Newark and Sherwood: One flood alert and several road closures remain

Only one flood alert remains across Newark and Sherwood as the situation settles.

This is at the River Trent from Cromwell Weir to Gainsborough.

However, several roads remain closed due to the impact of flooding.

These are:

Nearby Hoveringham Road is also closed
