Lorry attacked on A1 southbound carriageway near North Muskham in fuel theft

A vehicle was attacked on the A1 in a fuel theft on Monday evening.

The lorry was targeted on the A1 southbound carriageway near North Muskham.

Nottinghamshire Police spotted the incident while on patrol.

Police have warned fuel theft is a regular problem on main arterial routes across the county.
