Tallents Solicitors Newark and Mansfield offices running annual Will Aid campaign

Those who have not yet made their wishes known after they die can do so for just a donation to charity with an annual will-writing appeal.

The wills, trusts and probate team at the Newark and Mansfield offices of Tallents Solicitors is taking part in the annual Will Aid campaign to ensure as many people as possible have a valid, legal will in place to protect their loved ones.

Through Will Aid, participating solicitors waive their fee for writing a basic single or joint will during November and instead invite clients to make a voluntary donation to Will Aid, which is then distributed among nine UK charities.

Sarah Allen, partner at Tallents Solicitors and head of wills, trusts and probate, said: “It’s sensible to have a will professionally drafted to ensure that it meets the needs of today’s complex family dynamics, as well as covering issues such as digital assets.”
