A man suffers a cardiac arrest on a bus in Lowdham




An incident occurred earlier this morning where a man suffered a cardiac arrest on a bus that was travelling on Nottingham Road, Lowdham.

The number 26 bus was travelling from Southwell to Nottinghamshire when it was forced to pull over.

Emergency services attended the scene to render aid to the man.

Police retrieved a defibrillator from the Old Ship Inn and also blocked the road to assist the ambulance service.

The man was then transported to hospital.
