Considering the alarming surge in covid-19 cases and that close contact with others can spread the virus, why hasn’t the government made face masks mandatory when in outdoors settings?
Looking at the new simulated exhaled breath NHS adverts they certainly should be.
Perhaps Robet Jenrick MP would like to explain.
