Site managers at Baratt developments in Fernwood and Bingham win National House Building Council award
Site managers at Baratt housing developments in Balderton and Bingham have won national awards from the National House Building Council.
Paul Hulme, 44, who is overseeing construction at Romans’ Quarter in Bingham, has received his third Pride In The Job quality award in his 17th year with Barratt Homes.
Paul said: “It’s great to be recognised once again and the award is a testament to the hard work and commitment of my site team.
Also earning his third Pride In The Job quality award is Liam Pettet, 30, who is overseeing the construction at the Fernwood Village development.
He said: “It’s a fantastic achievement, especially as we’re working on a brand new site and it’s the first time the quality of our work at Fernwood Village has been judged.
Barratt Developments site managers won 92 Pride In The Job quality awards this year, more than every other housebuilder.
Each manager is judged on a range of key criteria including health and safety, technical knowledge, customer service and attention to detail.
