The Mayor of Rushcliffe is taking part in a walking challenge to raise money for her chosen charities.
Sue Mallender is walking the Rushcliffe border, a 100km circular route around the borough to raise funds for Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust, Musicworks and Trent District Community First Responders.
Sue said: “I’ve so far completed the route through Thrumpton, the edge of Clifton, West Bridgford, Radcliffe-on-Trent and East Bridgford.
“It’s been brilliant so far seeing beautiful areas of the borough I may not have had the chance to visit usually.”
She said it would be fantastic if residents would sponsor her.
