A total of 234 new coronavirus cases have been confirmed in Newark and Sherwood, according to the latest figures from Public Health England.

In the last seven days there have been 2,015 positive cases recorded in Newark and Sherwood, this is down 23 cases from the previous seven-day period.
In the latest 24-hour period, there has been one new death reported in Newark and Sherwood within 28 days of the person testing positive for the virus, taking the total to 255.
