Since the National Civil War Centre’s temporary closure began last week, its learning team have been hard at work on a raft of projects to support both parents teaching from home and adults who are isolated.

The Newark museum’s learning team were on-site at the National Civil War Centre, at Newark Castle and the Sconce creating content that will soon be available to access online.

They are now continuing to work from home creating guided tours, interactive games, illuminating podcasts and more as well as Making History craft tutorials intended to help people use what they have at home to create exciting history-themed projects.
