The latest planning applications to be submitted to Newark and Sherwood District Council for decision





The following applications have been submitted to Newark and Sherwood District Council:

Balderton: Two storey front, side and rear extension, single storey flat roof rear extension, including new access drive and parking, at 5 Wordsworth Drive, by Mr and Mrs Steyel Collins.

Balderton: Demolition of existing flat-roofed projections at front, side and rear and construction of front porch, two-storey extension to front, side and rear, and single storey extension to rear, at 7 Sheridan Close, by Mr J Greenacre.

Clipstone: Outline application for up to 130 dwellings with open space, landscaping, highways and drainage infrastructure, associated works and demolition of existing buildings, at The Clipstone Lido Ground, Clipstone Road, by Welbeck Estates Company Limited.
