The following planning applications have been submitted to Newark and Sherwood District Council

This week's Newark and Sherwood District Council planning applications have been released.

Applications in the Newark area include an extension to a child day nursery. All applications can be found below.

Balderton: Residential development of two to three dwellings, at land adjacent to The Stables, Barnby Road, by Sheila Oughton.

Balderton: Single-storey rear extension and porch extension, at 23 Brooke Close, by Mr Mark Etheridge.

Bleasby: Single-storey extension that extends the first floor balcony, at Severn House, Sycamore Lane, by Mr and Mrs Owen and Helen Bryant.

Boughton: Single-storey extension to child day nursery, at Osbourne Cottage, Tuxford Road, Mr Mr Michael Parr.

Boughton: Vary condition of permission to allow a change in RAL colour of the proposed cladding materials to the new pool facility; change to the GA Plan, roof layout and elevations to introduce a glazed link, at Dukeries Complex, Dukeries Leisure Centre, Main Road, by Newark And Sherwood District Council.

Coddington: Two-storey side extension, single-storey rear extension, and alterations to dwelling, at 5 Parklands Close, by Mr and Mrs Nizinkiewicz.

Collingham: Modify Section 106 Agreement to allow the bungalows within the C2 development to be sold on freehold titles, at land adjoining Braemar Farm, Station Road, by Paul Bloomfield.

Collingham: First-floor extension, convert garage to form kitchen and utility room, raise roof over garage by 225mm, at The White House 23 Cottage Lane, by Mrs Katie Wright.

Elston: Manège on existing paddock, at Field Ref No 2248, Carrgate Lane, by Mrs Sharon Lockwood.

Epperstone: Replacement of conservatory with brick-built extension, at 1 Hagg Lane, by Mrs Fiona Singleton.

Farndon: Take down existing boundary wall, where possible clean existing bricks of residual mortar and reuse any with one good face, at Manor House, School Lane, by Mr Stephen Charnock.

Farnsfield: Certificate of Lawfullness for removal of conservatory and replacement with a garden room, at Butts Meadow, Mansfield Road, by Mr and Mrs James and Kathleen Nicholson.

Halam: One-storey front and side extensions, two-storey side and rear extensions and a new detached garage (resubmission) at Rosebeck, Back Lane, by Mr and Mrs Jonathan Pascual.

Laxton And Moorhouse: Exten-sions and alterations to existing dwelling, at Moorhouse Grange, Moorhouse Road, by Mr A. Grainger.

Lowdham: Extensions to front, side and rear, raise roof level, erection of a detached garage/workshop, at 17 Gunthorpe Road, by Mr J. Fearn.

Newark: Convert premises to a hair salon, opening up two sections of wall between the two units, remove boarding from existing windows, general internal cosmetic works, also proposed new signage to property, one fascia sign, one projecting sign and a media screen inside facing the street, at 20-22 Castlegate, by Mr Matthew Horbury.

Upton: Five dwellings (following the demolition of the existing dwelling and outbuilding) at The Detached House, Hockerton Road, by 5TG Pipeforce Newark Ltd.

Upton: Detached garden room, also listed building consent, at Crop House, Main Street, by Mr Anthony Scott.

Winthorpe: Loft conversion, raising a lower part of the roof to match existing higher roof; replacement of existing porch (resubmission) at 75 Gainsborough Road, by Dominique Dudley.
