We are considering applications for the following:

Elston

17/02211/FUL – Householder application to replace

wooden windows and a set of French doors with

timber alternative (wood effect) windows and doors

respectively. The style of the windows and doors will

be like for like, with a change of colour from Rosewood

to Agate Grey. The existing front and side door will be

changed from Chartwell Green to Anthracite Grey. –

17/02207/FUL – Householder application for the

erection of greenhouse – Red Bank Chapel Lane

17/02140/FUL – Existing windows to be replaced with

white residence 9 timber effect UPVC double glaze

17/02196/FUL – Two single storey rear extensions

to facilitate extra dining space & kitchen area.

Conversion of existing first floor residential

accommodation into two residential units. Addition
