Advertisement under section 99(2) of the making

of a revocation order in respect of

Planning Permissions for proposed two storey

extensions to the front, side and rear, single storey

rear extension, internal alterations and boundary wall

(planning application reference 15/02243/FUL)

Nottinghamshire NG25 0JP

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Newark & Sherwood

District Council has made an order under section 97

of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 to revoke the

above planning permissions

The Council has been notified in writing by the owners

and the occupiers of the land that they do not object

to the order

Any person who will be affected by the order and who

wishes for an opportunity of appearing before, and

being heard by, a person appointed by the Secretary

of State for Housing, Communities and Local

Government must give notice in writing to that effect

to the National Planning Casework Unit at 5 St Phillips

Place Colmore Row Birmingham B3 2PW not later

than 14 September 2018.

If no notice has been given by that date, the order will

take effect, by virtue of the provisions of section 99(7)

of the Town & Country Planning Act 1990 on 28

September 2018 without being confirmed by the

Secretary of State.
