Confirmed coronavirus cases in Newark and Sherwood reaches 141, says Public Health England (Friday, May 15)

Eight new coronavirus case has been confirmed in Newark and Sherwood according to Public Health England, taking the total to 141. It is the biggest daily increase in the district so far.
The figure in Nottinghamshire is 1,265, up 26 since yesterday. Nottingham city itself has 579 confirmed cases, up six since yesterday.
According to the latest public data — 233,151 patients in the UK have tested positive and 33,614 people have died.
