Part-time support workers at Newark Emmaus Trust have been recognised for their 15 years of service to the charity.
Director Alan Kitt thanked Teresa Brock and Carl Ridyard for their loyalty, dedication and support of young homeless.
Teresa specialises in working parents and babies and in running the parenting programme at the homeless charity for 16 to 25-year-olds.
She ensures that all parents are educated and given practical advice to care for their children, and organises activities for toddlers.
Carl specialises in teaching residents to look after their rooms and furniture.
Additionally, he runs the Cook Club and organises activities such as mountain bike rides, walking and football.
