Coronavirus: Suggy’s Gym in Newark offering residents live, online workouts to keep people in shape while at home
A gym is helping residents of all ages and fitness levels keep in shape through live, online workouts.
While the doors may be closed temporarily at Suggy’s Gym because of the coronavirus lockdown, head coach Dean Sugden said he would be doing everything he could to keep the town as fit and entertained as possible.
The Newark gym, which is home to professional athletes, including brothers Chad, Regis and Bailey, will broadcast 30-minute sessions from Monday to Saturday, starting at 11.30am every day.
