Newark, Newark star Mathew Horne is among the stars at Em-Con at the Motorpoint Arena, Nottingham, this weekend.

The two-day event features the usual mix of celebrity guests, cos-players, attractions, traders and film and television props.

Other stars confirmed include Red Dwarf quintet Danny John-Jules, Chloe Annett, Robert Llewellyn, Norman Lovett and Chris Barrie.

Others in the line-up are Arthur Darvill (Doctor Who, Legends Of Tomorrow) Jason Mewes (Jay and Silent Bob, Dogma, Mallrats, Clerks) Cooper Andrews (The Walking Dead), Pollyanna McIntosh (The Walking Dead) Jimmy Vee (Star Wars, Harry Potter, Doctor Who) Jamie Waylett (Harry Potter) Will Mellor (Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps, Coronation Street) Katy Manning (Doctor Who), Hugo Myatt (Knightmare) and Michael Pennington (Star Wars).
