Newark Police get two for the price of one following crash
Two drivers weren't 'lovin' it' when Newark Police attended a road traffic collision last night (Wednesday).
Operation Reacher officers who were patrolling in Ollerton were called to assist at the scene of a lone car that had crashed in Gamston.
The vehicle was recovered and the driver reported for traffic offences.
Another driver then came to pick up his stranded friend, only to then have his vehicle seized too for driving without insurance.
Officers later dropped the stranded pair off at a nearby McDonald's to be picked up by a third driver.
