The news comes as Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced that an extra £14 billion in funds will be available for schools.
The new funding for 2020-21 will see Newark Academy receive £5,261 per pupil, with Magnus Church of England Academy receiving £5,928 per pupil and there will be £5,549 for the Suthers School, which will be opening a new site in Fernwood in summer 2020.

The amount per school varies as it depends on the historic deprivation and performance of the schools and other funding sources.
