NEWARK & SHERWOOD DISTRICT COUNCIL LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF NEW PREMISES LICENCE/CLUB

PREMISES: South Clifton sport pavilion,

Coal Yard Lane, South Clifton, Newark,

Nottinghamshire, NG23 7AH

Notice is given that South Clifton & District

Sports and Community Association has applied

to Newark & Sherwood District Council

for a new Premises Licence under the

Act 2003. The proposed use is Sale of alcohol

and regulated entertainment Monday

to Friday 18:00 to 23:30 and Saturday and

Sunday 12:00 to 23:30.

Anyone who wishes to make representations

regarding this application must give

notice in writing to: The Licensing Manager,

Newark & Sherwood District Council, Castle

House, Great North Road, Newark. NG24

1BY. Representations must be received no

later than; 5th January 2018 (this should be

no less than 28 days after the day on which

the application was received/validated by

the Licensing Authority) The application

record and register may be viewed during

normal office hours at the above address.

It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing

Act 2003 knowingly or recklessly to

make a false statement in connection with

an application and the maximum fine for

which a person is liable on summary conviction

for the offence is up to level 5 on the

standard scale (£5,000).
