A deposit contribution scheme helped 55 East Midlands NHS workers buy homes, including six in Bingham and two in Fernwood.
Launched by David Wilson Homes East Midlands, NHS staff receive a 5% contribution towards their deposit, up to £15,000, in thanks for their work during the covid crisis.
