Readers’ Letters: No improvement to bus services

So Stagecoach say the new bus routes and times are an improvement.

Maybe so for travellers in Hawtonville, Coddington and on the Lincoln Road Estates. For us people in Balderton they are definitely not an improvement.

In the past ten years we've gone from four buses an hour, to two an hour.

At least those buses went to Hawtonville and more importantly, went to hospital. Now we'll have to change to get to hospital.

Fine if your able bodied, not so fine if you are pushing an 85 year old in a wheelchair.

We will be using taxis from now on to get to hospital. — PAUL DUDDLES, Balderton.
