Newark Advertiser reader's letter: No slacking

NOW we’re coming out of lockdown we still need to wear face masks in public and shops, wash hands and keep two metres apart, even if you have had one or two vaccines.

I have noticed police officers not wearing masks when going into people’s homes. Is there a law for us and another for others?

And remember those who have got health problems, who could still get very ill if they catch it.

The law may not care but mothers do.

Think of your future for your children.

We are making a better life for them, we all hope.

Remember, we are not out of coronavirus yet. I think it will be here for a long time ahead. — JANET MOFFATT, Newark.
