No trains to run in or out of London's King’s Cross as Newark passengers are advised to stay home
Trains from Newark Northgate will not be running to King’s Cross this weekend as upgrade work to the East Coast line continues.
No trains will be running in or out of London’s King’s Cross station on Saturday and Sunday (June 20-21) as new overhead line equipment is to be installed.
The upgrade is part of a £1.2bn project which will deliver more trains, thousands of extra seats and more reliable journeys between London, the north, and Scotland.
