NOTICE OF INTENTION TO DISPOSE OF OPEN SPACE

Notice is hereby given that

Nottinghamshire County Council

proposes to dispose of 3.13 acres or

thereabouts of land at Elm Avenue,

Newark. A plan showing the area

concerned may be inspected at the

offices of Nottinghamshire County

Council, Trent Bridge House, West

Bridgford, Nottinghamshire, NG2 6BJ

Monday to Friday between 9 am and

5pm. A copying charge may be payable

if copies are required.

By virtue of s.123 of the Local

Government Act 1972 (as amended)

Nottinghamshire County Council is

required to give formal notice of its

intention to dispose of Open Space and

consider any objection to the proposed

disposal.

Any representations or objections to

the proposed disposal should be made

in writing to the Service Director for

Place Department (Investment and

Growth), Nottinghamshire County

Council, Trent Bridge House, West

Bridgford, Nottinghamshire, NG2 6BJ

before 12 January 2018.
