Confirmed coronavirus cases in Nottinghamshire reaches 2,951 today (Wednesday, July 8) says Public Health England

There has now been 2,951 confirmed cases of coronavirus in Nottinghamshire, Public Health England has revealed. That figure is up eight from yesterday.
Nottingham city itself has had 1,172 confirmed cases. Up one since yesterday.
There has been 312 covid-19 positive cases in Newark and Sherwood, which is one more than yesterday.
According to the latest public data — 286,349 patients in the UK have tested positive and 44,391 people have died.
