Nottinghamshire witnesses highest rise in coronavirus cases so far in a day, says Public Health England
There are now 60 confirmed cases of coronavirus in Nottinghamshire, Public Health England has revealed.
The figure is up 15 since yesterday, the highest daily rise in coronavirus cases so far for the county. Nottingham city itself has 34 confirmed cases.
As of 9am on March 23 — the latest public data — 5,683 patients have tested positive in the UK and 281 people have died.
