Nottinghamshire dog walker, sitter, and trainer launches website for dog owners
A go-to website that aims to offer everything dog owners need to know about their pet has been launched as a new business.
Clare Churcher has been a dog walker, sitter, and trainer for nearly ten years and in that time has fielded a great many questions from customers relating to every aspect of dog care.
As a consequence, Clare, from Orston, near Bingham, hit upon the idea of launching a website where people, no matter where they are, could find the answers to their questions alongside helpul tips, advice and explanations.
The idea of www.itsadogz.life (please insert web address as a link) is for a site where people can keep returning time and time again to have any question answered as it arises.
Although still in its infancy, the site continues to grow in content and expert opinion.
It’s a dogz.life currently has articles on pet health, behaviour, nutrition, insurance, as well as guides for finding dog boarders, sitters, day care and walkers, breeds with trainers to follow.
It also has a how-to guide relating to rescue dogs.
It also boasts a directory for any dog-related businesses and their locations, enabling people to find whatever they need close to home.
Clare is hopeful of growing the site to a national audience.
She is looking for advertisers, veterinary practice partners, trainers and behaviourists to be guest bloggers to help the site blossom.
She would also like visitors to the business Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest to pass comment and share what they like.
Clare said: ”I am very excited about this new venture and hope it will become very successful.
“I’ve had so many questions from people over the years that I thought to myself that I could create a place for anyone anywhere to get any question answered. My own dog Puzzle has not been without her health problems, so I have also had questions of my own. Getting answers to those questions and understanding health, wellbeing, diet, allergies and the like was a further inspiration.
“We are a nation of dog-lovers, none more than me, and I want this site to be for the dog-owning community and, ultimately, a one-stop shop for everything you need to know about your pet.
“For more information as we go forward together, please keep an eye on our socials.
