POLL: Is the proroguing of Parliament a good idea?

By Rachel Armitage

This week, it was announced that Her Majesty The Queen had agreed a request from Prime Minister Boris Johnson to suspend Parliament for five weeks, starting some time next week.

This means that MPs will have less time to pass laws that could stop the UK leaving the European Union without a deal at the end of October.

Do you think this a good move from Mr Johnson? Vote in our poll below:

FROM left Mark Spencer MP, Boris Johnson and Robert Jenrick MP (16071540)
