“The plant fair has quickly gained a reputation as the place to come to find all that is best in garden plants.

“It’s the time of year when gardeners want to top up the colour in their beds, borders and patio containers and you can be sure of finding some exciting plants with something available for every garden and plant lover.

If you need any help selecting the right plants for your garden the nursery folk are always happy to share their knowledge and experience.

“There will be a fabulous line-up of top specialist nurseries coming along to make this a very special event for all garden lovers.”

Admission is £2, which goes towards conservation projects at the minster.
