Newark Advertiser public notices include temporary road closures in Southwell and Ollerton

Notice of a temporary road closure in Southwell features in the latest public notices in this week’s Advertiser.

Westhorpe will be closed in both directions between its junctions with Leachcroft Hill and Oxton Road.

The closure is in place from 7.30am to 3.30pm from Wednesday, February 24, to Friday, March 5.

Access will be maintained for residents and to The Holme and Cundy Hill.

It is to allow for carriageway patching works to take place.

There is also a public notice for the temporary closure of Whinney Lane, Ollerton, from February 22 for work to improve a pedestrian refuge islands.
