Rainy weather fails to stop pupils at Cherubs Day Nursery, Edwinstowe, from having fun

Nursery pupils have taken advantage of their outdoor space during lockdown.

Pupils at Cherubs Day Nursery, Edwinstowe, have been unable to visit the nearby Sherwood Forest because of the ongoing coronavirus restrictions — but that has not stopped them from exploring the outdoors.

Cherubs manager Sarah Hickling said despite the weather, the children had managed to continue their forest sessions in the nursery garden.

“All the children have enjoyed the sessions,” Sarah said. “Even in the rain.”
