Newark Business Awards 2023 winners revealed at ceremony at Newark Showground
The winners of Newark Business Awards 2023 were revealed in a gala ceremony in front of 300 guests last night.
Organised by the Advertiser, under its parent company Iliffe Media, the awards celebrated the very best in business across the district.
The ceremony took place at the Lady Eastwood Centre, Newark Showground, hosted by BBC Radio Lincolnshire presenter Melvyn Prior.
The big winner on the night was Catherine Carter, who took home four accolades.
She won the Business of The Year with her beauty salon Newark Beauty Rooms, based on Lombard Street, Newark, and also won the Judges’ Prestige Award for Catherine Carter Aesthetics & Beauty, on Millgate.
In addition, she was highly commended in the Employer of the Year and Businessperson of the Year categories.
