Risk of asbestos 'downgraded' as three Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service engines continue to extinguish fire at Langar Airfield Industrial Estate




The risk of asbestos has been 'downgraded' as three fire engines continue to extinguish the fire at Langar, says Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service.

One aerial ladder platform and a high volume pump are being used to bring it blaze under control as firefighters worked throughout the night.

Residents have been asked to keep their doors and windows closed if they can see the smoke plume or believe it to be affecting their area.
