This week's district council planning applications have been released.

Proposals in the Newark area include flood mitigation measures to an existing dwelling.

Averham: Dog kennel on the front garden (retrospective) at Holly Cottage, Staythorpe Road, by David Hopkin.

Caunton: Raise the height of a single wall in the walled garden to 350cm to facilitate the addition of a glasshouse built on to the wall, also listed building consent, at Caunton Grange, Newark Road, by Mark Gibson.
