Rural showcase at Newark Showground promises policing won't miss a beat

The various tangents of a newly-integrated rural policing service were unveiled to communities at a special event at Newark Showground on Saturday.

A rural policing element is now embedded in the Nottinghamshire Police's psyche from experienced first point of contact in the control room to a better-integrated response.

Police, and the partners who share responsibility for safer communities across rural Nottinghamshire were involved.
