Owner of Newark's Petit Versailles nominated as Advertiser’s Citizen Of The Week




A business owner who has put aside her financial worries to support front line workers has been nominated as the Advertiser’s Citizen Of The Week.

Hajra Kemari, of Newark, who owns dressmaker Petit Versailles, on Stodman Street, was nominated by Susi Wright.

Susi said: “Hajra is an award-winning seamstress and, like other retailers, she has had a lot of worries as rent and other expenses still needed to be paid, despite being closed.
