Total of six covid-related deaths reported by Sherwood Forest Hospitals Trust from September 6 to 13
A total of six covid-related deaths have been reported by Sherwood Forest Hospitals Trust over the last seven days, according to the latest NHS figures.
A total of 611 people across the trust have now died within 28 days of testing positive for covid-19.
The trust runs Newark, King's Mill and Mansfield Community hospitals.
There were 36 admissions relating to covid-19 in the seven days to September 5, compared to 52 for the previous seven days.
The trust had 35 beds occupied by covid patients as of September 7, seven of which were mechanically ventilated. This compared to 31 beds the week before, six of which were mechanically ventilated.
