Disney On Ice presents 100 Years of Wonder skates into Motorpoint Arena in Nottingham

A show celebrating 100 years of Disney skates into Nottingham next week.

Disney on Ice presents 100 Years of Wonder at Motorpoint Arena Nottingham from November 9 to November 12.

The skating show features the stars of the singalong hit Encanto, joining the UK show for the first time.

Families will be encouraged to join in the action and help the gang as they venture through Disney stories throughout the decades, from The Sorcerer's Apprentice to more modern additions like Moana, Frozen, and Toy Story.

The audience will also experience stunts and world-class skating from the stars who rehearse for more than 550 hours to perfect each performance, while a team of set and costume designers create more than 180 props and 250 different costumes.

Michelle Humphreys, event manager at Motorpoint Arena Nottingham, said: “It’s time to grab your mouse ears and relive magical Disney stories with all of your favourite characters, singalong songs, and incredible skating routines.

“This will be the 22nd time Disney On Ice has visited the Motorpoint Arena since debuting in 2000, but the latest show will have something new for even the most dedicated fans.”

Ticket prices start from £27.49 per person. There is also the Special Arena Hospitality experience available, with the choice of two packages.

It includes access to the brand new lounge and bar, The Green Room, with a welcome drink, seats in a prime location, plus pre-event breakfast or afternoon tea. Hospitality ticket upgrades are £15 for under 12s and £25 for adults.
