Readers’ Letters: Smart pupils are credit to school

I drove down London Road through Balderton heading towards Newark this morning, as I do weekly.

It was 8am, the time when children are out and about heading for school.

I am writing to say how impressed I was by the appearance and behaviour of these children, especially those who attend Newark Academy.

They should be very proud of themselves as their school should be of them.

All credit too to the teaching staff who are obviously promoting these high standards. — Mrs S. ST JAMES, Long Bennington.
