Reader's letter: Steps needed
Yet another woman has lost her life to a man.
First, measures must be put in place to protect women.
It must be taught in schools to respect girls and boys from a very young age.
Next, women need to be safe to go out, to learn to protect ourselves. Perhaps free self defence classes from the government.
Finally, hard punishments to those who commit this terrible evil to stop it happening.
I will walk our street again to help lobby parliament to change the law to end women violence. — J. MOFFAT, Newark.
