NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the

Nottinghamshire County Council has

made an Order, under Section 14 of the

Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the

effect of which will be:-

No person shall:-

(a) proceed on foot,

in the following length of Footpath at

Rolleston in the District of Newark

and Sherwood:-

Rolleston Footpath No.11 between

grid reference points SK 7491 5309

and SK 7450 5335, a distance of

490 metres.

IT IS INTENDED that the prohibition will

apply as follows:-

From Tuesday, 12th December 2017

at 21.30hrs until Wednesday, 13th

December 2017 at 06.30hrs.

AND NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER

GIVEN that during the period of

restriction the alternative routewill be via

Staythorpe Road and Footpath 10 and

vice versa.

The prohibition shall apply to enable

works to be carried out and in respect

of the likelihood of danger to the public

and damage to the footpath. It may

also apply on subsequent days when it

shall be necessary. If the works are not

completed within 6 months, the Order

may be extended.

The prohibition is required to enable

access for Network Rail track machines

and in respect of the likelihood of danger

to the public and damage to the footpath.

THIS CLOSURE WILL ONLY TAKE

EFFECT WHEN SIGNS INDICATING

CLOSURE ARE DISPLAYED

THIS NOTICE IS DATED THIS 7TH

DAY OF DECEMBER 2017.
