The Nottinghamshire County Council (Glovers Lane and Main Street, Newark on Trent) (Prohibition of Waiting) Traffic Regulation Order 2018 (3262)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nottinghamshire County Council HAS MADE an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, Traffic Management Act 2004, as amended, and The Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (County of Nottinghamshire) Designation Order 2008 (SI 2008 No. 1086), as amended, the effects of which will be to roads in Balderton in the District of Newark and Sherwood:-1. to prohibit waiting at any time at the following locations,(i) GLOVERS LANE (BALDERTON) (the east side) – from its junction with Main Street in a southerly direction for a distance of 5 metres.(ii) GLOVERS LANE (BALDERTON) (the west side) – from its junction with Main Street in a southerly direction for a distance of 5 metres.(iii) MAIN STREET (BALDERTON) (the south side) – from a point 10 metres west of its junction with Glovers Lane in an easterly direction to a point 10 metres east of the same junction.Relevant documents may be inspected at the locations below (a) The Nottinghamshire County Council, County Hall, West Bridgford, Nottingham NG2 7QP.(b) Balderton Library, Main Street, Balderton, Newark, Nottinghamshire, NG24 3NPThe double yellow lines are intended to keep the junction clear of parked vehicles.
