It is that time again when the night sky will be dramatically lit up by the sights and sounds of firework displays.

Well here is a list of events happening in the Advertiser area.

Remember, remember, the fifth of November, with the biggest fireworks display in Newark at the rugby club.
There will be a huge bonfire and a stunning fireworks display at the Kelham Road ground on November 5 from 6pm, as well as fairground rides and fun for all the family.
There will be refreshments from a licensed bar and food stalls.
Entry is £15 per car or £5 per pedestrian.
While at Kelham Hall and Country Park on Saturday, November 2, from 5 - 9pm, there will be a promised fireworks extravaganza with live music, fairground rides and food.
Standard car entry for early-bird online is £15.00 or £20 on the gate.
Cars of up to seven passengers is £20 for the early-bird or £25 on the gate.
Pedestrian early-bird is £3.00 or £4 on the gate.
Entry to the fireworks extravaganza at Langar Hall on Tuesday, November 5, is from 6pm.
Entry is £3 adults and £1 for children.
As well as an evening of fireworks, there will be a warming bonfire and food and drink available.
The bonfire will be lit at 6pm and the fireworks display starts at 7.30pm.

- Gates open at 4.30pm, bonfire at 5.30pm, fireworks at 6.30pm
- Adults £5, children £4, family ticket £15, under 3s free
- Tickets can be purchased on the night
- There will be inflatables, a barbecue, mulled wine, coffee and hot chocolate, and games and rides for children
The Railway, Lowdham, NG14 7DU
- November 4
- Gates open at 6pm, the bonfire and firework display will follow
- Tickets are available from the pub for £4, under 5s are £2
- There will be a barbecue, hot drinks and a licensed bar
Newark and Sherwood District Council said Bonfire Night can be great fun for all the family but it is important to celebrate safely.
It recommends people visit an organised display.
If having one at home, make sure to follow the Firework Code.
Sky lanterns and helium balloon releases are now banned in all council parks on safety grounds.
