Third of sixty-home development off Grantham Road, Bottesford, will be for rent or shared ownership

Almost a third of the homes on a new development in Bottesford will be for rent or shared ownership.

The first properties at The Vale, a 60-home development off Grantham Road, are due to be available early next year.

The Bellway development of two, three, four and five-bedroom properties will include 19 for rent or shared ownership and 41 for private sale.

Construction work on the eight-acre site is expected to start next month, and the first homes are due to be complete in early summer.
