Proposals in the Newark and Sherwood area include a new farm shop and tearoom.

The following planning applications have been submitted to Newark and Sherwood District Council:

Balderton: Revised house type for plot two, at land to the rear of 90 Main Street, by Darren Smith.

Bilsthorpe: One-bedroom bungalow (resubmission) at 15 Cheyne Drive, by G. Powell.

Bleasby: Vary conditions attached to planning permission 20/00464/FUL, at 7 Hawthorn Close, by Mr and Mrs Barnes.

Boughton: Machinery/equipment storage building, at West View Farm, Tuxford Road, by B. & S. Hollingworth and Son Ltd.

Boughton: Add first-floor to annex, at 35 Hazel Road, by Paul Benson.

Collingham: Alterations and extension to house, including the demolition of conservatory and the cladding and rendering of several existing walls, at 25 Swinderby Road, by Mr and Mrs S. Cassells.

Edingley: Garden room, extension to utility and rear porch, at Hollydale Cottage, Greave’s Lane, by C. Bex.

Farnsfield: Determine if approval is required for eight rows of 42 solar PV panels, at Longland Farm, Longland Lane, by Kitty Allen.

Girton: Remove condition attached to planning permission E/12/46 to remove the agricultural occupancy condition, at Girton Farm Bungalow, New Lane, by S. Gadsby.

Newark: Demolition of outbuilding and erection of one-bed detached granny annexe bungalow incorporating garage, at 71 Farndon Road, by Terry Insole.

Newark: Certificate of Lawfulness to convert pitch-roof conservatory into an extension with pitch roof on the same footprint, at 32 Saucemere Drive, by Philip Paget.
