Confirmed coronavirus cases in Nottinghamshire reaches 2,961 today (Saturday, July 11) says Public Health England

There has now been 2,961 confirmed cases of coronavirus in Nottinghamshire, Public Health England has revealed. That figure is up three from yesterday.

Nottingham city itself has had 1,177 confirmed cases, up one since yesterday.

There has been 312 covid-19 positive cases in Newark and Sherwood. No change from yesterday.

According to the latest public data ­— 288,133 patients in the UK have tested positive and 44,650 people have died.
